Position Summary
The Managing Director is the senior leader responsible for the vision-driven execution, strategic planning, and overall management of the annual David’s Tent, a Christ-centred celebration of faith and community. This individual will ensure the festival reflects its mission, runs efficiently, remains financially sustainable, and impacts attendees spiritually and culturally.
The Managing Director will lead a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and partners while upholding a commitment to servant leadership, excellence, and integrity in all aspects of planning and execution.
